When I was a child, I used to get the worse coughs. Sometimes my siblings and I would just fake our coughs just so my father would serve us a tasty teaspoon of his father's special home-made elixir of honey, menthol crystals and blackberry brandy.
For Christmas, he sent me a jar of his newest batch. Finding menthol crystals in a pharmacy in this day and age is the hard part. But its worth the hunt. Papa's Cough Medicine works better than any other cough syrup I've ever tried.
